Agreements to lend and borrow items represent a contract between the borrowing and lending parties only.

ACCOUNT TERMINATION
As owner and provider of the oneSHARE portal, the PPBA reserves the right to terminate any oneSHARE account at any time in its sole discretion. Reasons for termination may inlude, but are not limited to, use of the system for illegal or immoral purposes, inapproriate or malicious conduct toward other members, or any other use of the system for purposes other than for which it was created.
